镐型截齿载荷谱定量特征的旋转截割实验与仿真

摘    要:为验证截齿截割煤岩仿真实验的准确性与可行性,利用多截齿参数可调式旋转截割实验台研究镐型截齿的截割过程,得到镐型截齿在旋转截割过程中所受的轴向载荷、径向载荷和侧向载荷。采用ABAQUS软件仿真镐型截齿截割煤岩的动态过程,得到截齿截割过程的三向载荷谱。实验与仿真结果表明:在切削厚度为15~25 mm时,截齿的三向载荷波动具有一致性,截齿工作时所受的轴向载荷和径向载荷较大,且载荷波动程度基本相同,侧向载荷波动较为剧烈。仿真与实验的轴向载荷和径向载荷误差精度均在10%以内,二者具有较高的吻合度。该实验台能够真实地模拟截齿的实际工作状态。

Abstract:This paper is focused on a novel multi cutter tooth parameter adjustable rotary cutting test bench designed for investigating the cutting process of picks tooth and thereby obtaining the size of axial load,radial load,and the lateral load to which picks are subjected in the cutting process,as part of our efforts to verify the feasibility and accuracy of the simulation experiments. Coupled with these efforts are using ABAQUS to simulate the dynamic process of conical picks cutting coal and rock,post-processing data,producing the three load spectrum of pick cutting process,and comparing experiment research and the simulation results of statistics. The results show that with the cutting thickness ranging from 15 mm to 25 mm,picks are exposed to the three-axis force of fluctuation consistency; picks are subjected to a greater axial load and radial load and show basically the same load fluctuations,but a more intense lateral load fluctuation. The comparison between simulation and experiment reveal that the axial load and radial load have error accuracy within 10%,with a higher alignment,verifying the consistency between simulation and actual performance. The test bench able to simulate the actual work of real states promises to verify the accuracy of the simulation.
