柔性转子动平衡条件及实现方法

摘    要:为解决高速旋转柔性转子的动不平衡缺陷,运用平衡的力学原理,得到柔性转子动平衡条件及实现柔性转子的动平衡方法.研究表明:一根理想平衡的柔性转子,高速旋转时不仅作用在轴承上的动载荷为零,而且转子本身的动挠曲变形也为零.转子的n阶振型分量在其共振时表现最激烈,对其进行动平衡校正时,转速应尽量靠近该阶共振转速.

Abstract:Directed at the poor product use resulting from machine wear and tear caused by the vibration due to the dynamic unbalance of high-speed flexible rotor rotation,the paper introduces the use of dynamic balance by balanced mechanics principle to deal with free vibration of flexible rotor,deflection deform,educe the dynamic balance condition and realize method about flexible rotor.Research shows:in case of an ideal balance of flexible rotor,not only is the dynamic load on the bearing zero,but also the rotor dynamic deflection deform is zero when high-speeding.Rotor n-mode component is the most intense in resonance and speed should be as close as possible to the speed of band resonance as there arises the need for dynamic balancing correction.
