摘    要:为提高瓦斯水合物生成速率,利用可视化水合物实验设备,研究了四种不同甲烷体积分数的高浓度瓦斯气样在0.3 mol/L四氢呋喃(THF)和0.2 mol/L十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)复配溶液中水合固化过程,获取了瓦斯水合物生成过程的压力-时间曲线,结合水合物生长速率模型对数据进行计算和分析。结果表明:随着甲烷体积分数的提高,瓦斯水合物生长速率呈增大趋势,最大可达5.40×10~(-6)m~3/min;THF-SDS复配体系在一定程度上提高了瓦斯水合物生长速率,促进了水合物的形成。该研究为应用水合物技术进行瓦斯固化储存提供了参考数据。

Abstract:Aimed at improving the formation rate of coalmine gas hydrate,this paper is focused on investigating hydrate curing processes of four kinds of high-concentration gas samples using hydrate equipments. The test systems are tetrahydrofuran(THF) solution with molar concentration of 0.3 mol/L and mixture of sodium dodecyl sulfate(SDS) with molar concentration of 0.2 mol/L.The paper describes the pressure -time curve(p -t) in the formation process and the analysis and calculation of the gas hydrate formation rate,based on the formula of gas hydrate formation rate.The results show that,following the increase of methane concentration of four gas samples,gas hydrate exhibits a formation rate tending to improve, as high as 5.40×10~(-6)m~3/min.The addition of THF solution mixture of SDS solution leads to some improvement in the hydrate formation rate,with the resultant acceleration of gas hydrate formation. The study provides the reference for curing and storaging coalmine gas using hydrate technology.
