采动区门式刚架空间结构抗变形性能

摘    要:为保证地表变形区门式刚架的正常使用,以门式刚架空间结构为研究对象,采用有限元模拟手段,研究了采动区空间门式刚架位于地表变形曲线不同位置时刚架的附加变形及附加内力的变化规律,分析地表变形对整体刚架的影响。模拟结果表明,处于地表沉陷盆地最大下沉点时,空间门式刚架结构受地表变形的影响最小。该研究为采动区门式刚架结构抗变形设计提供了参考。

Abstract:Directed at ensuring that the normal use of portal frame in the surface deformation zone, this paper offers an analysis of the dynamic laws governing the additional displacement and internal forces of spacial portal frame structure in different location of the surface deformation curves,based on the FEM and provide insight into the effect of surface deformation on the overall frame.The finite element simulation shows that spacial portal frame structure in the point of maximum subsidence of the surface subsidence basin is subjected to the minimum ground deformation.The study provides information associated with anti-deformation protection for the portal frame constructions to be used in mining subsidence area.
