摘    要:零电流过渡(ZCT)功率变换电路,主功率开关虽然为零电流关断,但其开通却工作在硬开关条件下.同样,辅助开关导通为零电流,但关断为硬关断.通过改进控制方式,可以使这两个功率开关的导通和关断都工作在软开关条件下,从而可以进一步提高开关频率,达到增加功率密度的目的.

Abstract:The paper presents an analysis and a discussion of the control method of circuit topology of ZCT-PWM converter.It is shown that the main switch turns off under zero current condition,but turns on under hard switching condition and that an auxiliary switch turns on under zero current condition,but turns off under hard switching condition.The improved control method can make the two power switches turn on and off all under soft switching conditions and further increase the switch operating frequency and power density.
