摘    要:针对基于复Morlet小波的光学三维轮廓术关键参数设定受经验取值方法影响,实用性较差的现状,提出以小波基函数能量恒定原理、变换特性以及数字信号精确分析为基础,进行理论推导及数值计算验证,建立一种快速、有效设定复Morlet小波中心频率fc和带宽fb,以及尺度a等关键参数的取值方法。数值模拟和对实物形貌恢复效果实验结果表明:该取值方法能够快速有效地获取关键参数,同时在不同周期光栅和尺度参数下,可将误差平均降低0.030 4。

Abstract:Aimed at seeking an answer to the fact that the complex Morlet wavelet-based wavelet transform profilometry (WTP) shows a poor practicability due to vulnerability to low efficiency of experi- ence method, as happens when WTP is used to set key parameters, this paper proposes two new formulas about the scale factor, central frequency fc and bandwidth fb, according to the principle of energy conser- vation of child wavelet and the character of wavelet transform as well as exact analysis of digital signal. The computer simulations and experiment show that method allows the critical parameters to be rapidly and effectively obtained, accompanied by the reduction of 0. 030 4 in the averaging error with different cycle grating and the scale parameter.
