| 摘 要： | 为了寻求煤炭城市可持续发展具体模式,在构建指标体系原则的基础上,提出了煤炭城市可持续发展的指标体系,建立了遗传-投影寻踪评价模型.该模型既能反映煤炭城市在某一时段的可持续发展水平,又能综合对比其可持续发展的动态状况.以该模型对鸡西市1994～2003年可持续发展状况进行了综合评价,结果表明:1998年后鸡西市可持续发展水平不断增强,但很大程度上依赖经济的发展.因此,鸡西市可持续发展的重点仍然是在合理开发利用煤炭资源的情况下,促进经济持续、快速、协调、健康的发展.
