摘    要:采煤机截割部行星齿轮传动载荷较大,常出现接触疲劳失效。针对这一问题,通过CAXA软件建立齿轮二维模型导入PRO/E软件后的实体模型,并利用ABAQUS/Explicit作为仿真平台,对齿轮啮合装配并进行非线性啮合接触分析,研究齿轮啮合传动时应力在齿轮轮齿的分布情况。结果表明:接触应力沿齿宽方向分布明显偏置,最大接触应力主要分布在太阳轮轮齿动力输入端的边缘部分。单齿啮合、两对齿啮入和啮出时,最大接触应力分别为1 264、1 529和869 MPa。

Abstract:Aimed at eliminating the frequent contact fatigue occurring in the planetary gear for the cutting part of coal mining machine,exposed to greater transmission loads,this paper introduces the use of CAXA software to develop the 2D model which is introduced into the Pro/E software to build the 3D model.The paper describes the use of ABAQUS/Explicit for simulation,gear mesh assembly,analysis of nonlinear mesh,and study on the contact stress distribution of transmission gear teeth during gear meshing.The results show the evident deflection in the contact stress distributions along the tooth width and distribution of maximum contact stress mainly along the edge part of the loading input tooth in sun gear.The occurrence of the single-tooth meshing in maximum contact stresses are 1 264,1 529,and 869 MPa respectively in approach and recess of two-teeth meshing conditions.
