| 摘 要： | 根据弧廓线圆环面包络圆柱蜗杆各自形成理论,找出了这几种蜗杆形成原理的共同形式,推导出统一的计算公式,供设计使用.同时,针对用杯形砂轮磨削圆柱蜗杆,推导出最小砂轮半径的计算公式,以保证加工工艺要求.

| Abstract: | According to the common form of the worm forming principle,this paper presents a unified formula to be used in design and then in view of the cylinder worm ground by cup-form grinding wheel,introduces the deduction of the formula of the minimum radius of grinding wheel to meet the technical requirements. |
