摘    要:研究影响水力旋流器分离精度的诸多因素,是提高分离效率的重要途径之一。采用四因素三水平完全正交实验法,分析底流口直径ds、溢流口直径do、溢流管插入深度ho、给料压力p及它们相互间的一阶交互作用对水力旋流器分离精度的影响。结果表明:当ds为10 mm,do为19 mm,ho为50 mm,p为0.07 MPa时是分离精度最优的组合方案。

Abstract:Studying the different factors affecting separation accuracy of hydrocyclone is one of the most important ways to promote separation efficiency.This paper deals mainly with the effect of the diameters of underflow mouth ds,overflow mouth do,vortex finder length ho,pressure p and the first-order interaction between each other on separation accuracy of hydrocyclone.The paper also gives an analysis of the affecting extent and rule of the above factors on separation accuracy based on completely orthogonal test of four factors at three different levels.The results show that the optimal separation accuracy comes from the condition ds 10 mm,do 19 mm,ho 50 mm and p 0.07 MPa.
