Pt/C催化剂基底的制备及乙醇电催化氧化研究

摘    要:采用超声波分散与化学还原法结合,以氯铂酸为前驱体,石墨为载体制备了Pt/C(含Pt质量分数为5%)催化剂基底,通过XRD和循环伏安法进行了表征,并以乙醇电化学氧化为探针反应,对所得Pt/C基底的催化性能进行评价,研究了不同焙烧、还原温度及分散介质中醇/水比等因素对Pt/C基底催化活性的影响.结果表明,采用乙二醇与水体积比为2∶1作为分散介质,于空气中400℃焙烧后得到的Pt/C基底具有铂多晶的特征伏安曲线,对乙醇的电化学氧化具有较好的催化活性,说明所制备的Pt/C基底与铂多晶表面相似,完全可以替代纯金属铂,从而可进一步制备成本较低、活性组分少、催化活性高的铂基双金属表面修饰电极催化剂(另文报道).

Abstract:Using a commercial graphite powder(16.791 2 m2/g)as the carrier and H2PtCl6 as the precursor,Pt/C substrate(5% Pt loading)was prepared by chemical deposition under untrasonic dispersion and then characterized by cyclic voltammetry(CV)and X-ray diffraction(XRD).The catalytic activity of the obtained Pt/C substrate was tested in ethanol electrooxidation by CV as well.The effects of preparation conditions on the catalytic properties was also investigated,such as calcination temperature,reduction temperature an...
