| 摘 要： | 生物大分子是近年来在水生态毒理学研究中的主要对象．与其它研究手段相比，生物大分子的研究具有特异性、预警性和广泛实用性等特点．章主要介绍了指示环境污染物的几类主要生物标志物，同时还讨论了生物大分子研究的特点，展望了该领域的应用前景．

| Abstract: | Bio-macromolecule is the major object of aquatic ecotoxicology in recent years.The study on bio-macromolecule have differential,early warning and comprehensive practicability.Several biomarkers which could indicate the pollution of environment, for example,isoenzyme and metallothionein could take the biology influence of the pollution in the water efficiently, DNA could reflect the heredity toxicity of chemical:and anti-oxidizer could indicate the damage of the organism the reviewed, respectively.Moreover,the character of the study on bio-macromolecule and the prospect of its applied foreground was discussed. |
