| 摘 要： | 对彩色在车牌定位的三个主要作用，即彩色边缘提取、彩色分割和颜色判断进行了讨论和分析，给出了一种彩色边缘算子Color-Kirsch及判断色彩的算法，提出了“在彩色分割时模板颜色应随应用情景不同而不同，才是实现彩色分割自适应性和鲁棒性的关键”这一论点，并对一些新的彩色车牌分割技术的可行性进行了分析。

| Abstract: | Three roles of color in vehicle plate location,such as the colored edge abstraction,the colored segmentation and the estimation of color in a color image,was analyzed.A function named as Color-Kirsch which can transform a color image into an edge image directly was introduced and an algorithm to estimate the color of an area was presented as well.The template color would be changed with differnt conditions to realize adaptive and robustness of colored segment.The feasibility of some new techniques is also reviewid. |
