一种分离纯化厌氧细菌的新方法——平皿夹层厌氧法

结合常规好氧细菌和严格厌氧细菌分离纯化方法的优点，设计了一种稳妥简便、快速灵活、能有效克服操作中可能带来的污染，且适合分离各种类型严格厌氧细菌及兼性厌氧细菌的新方法———平皿夹层厌氧法。并将之成功地运用于硫酸盐还原细菌（严格厌氧）和脱氮硫杆菌（兼性厌氧）菌株的分离纯化。

A New Method of Isolation and Purificationof Anaeobic Bacteria:Culture Dish Sandwich Anaerobic Method

In this paper a new method of isolation and purification of anaerobic bacteria is introduced. This method combines ordinary methods of isolation and purification of aerobic bacteria and strictly anaerobic bacteria and draws on merits of both of them. It offers advantages of reliability, simplicity and convinence, less possibility of contamination and availability to various strictly anaerobic bacteria and facultively anaerobic bacteria. As a consequence, this method was used to isolate the Sulfate-reducing bacteria and Thiobacillus denitrificans and pure strains of them were successfully obtained.
