摘    要:考察了pH值对弱电解质捕收剂盐酸十八胺的影响,确定了盐酸十八胺在超纯水中和饱和氯化钾溶液中的临界胶束浓度(CMC)分别为9×10-4 mol/L,4×10-5 mol/L(298K,pH=6);使用激光粒度仪测定不同浓度下十八胺胶体的体积粒径和数量粒径的变化,对CMC点进行了验证.微浮选实验说明:盐酸十八胺浓度到达CMC点时氯化钾收率高达91.5%,有显著提高;表面性质参数计算结果表明溶液中离子强度越高,胶束形成的自由能变化(ΔG0mic)越小,越容易形成胶团.

Abstract:The effect of pH on the activity of octadecylamine was studied.The amine critical micelle concentrations(CMC),which was 9×10-4 mol/L in pure water and 4×10-5 mol/L in saturated brine of KCl(298 K,pH=6) were determined.The volume and number size of micelle were measured by Eye Tech particle size and shape analyzer,which provided basical information for the study of octadecylamine-HCl′s colloid chemistry.The results of microflotation experiment showed that the recovery increased rapidly near the CMC and the recovery could reach 91.5% at CMC.The results of surface properties showed that the higher ionic strength of solution,the lower free energies of micellization,then it was easier to form micelle.
