华北落叶松多酚氧化酶动力学特性及其同工酶的研究

摘    要:文中对华北落叶松根系多酚氧化酶动力学特性及其同工酶进行分析。结果表明:该酶对邻苯二酚(二元酚)和焦性没食子酸(三元酚)都能氧化,但对前者亲和力较强;pH7.0时酶活性最强;Cu2+提高多酚氧化酶活性;EDTA,H3BO3及半胱氨酸可抑制该酶活性;聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳将根系多酚氧化酶分出7条同工酶带。

Abstract:This paper studies polyphenoloxidase kinetic properties and isozymes from roots of Larix principis-rupprchtii. Results show that both catechol and 1.2.3-hydroxyphenyl can oxidaze polyphenoloxidase.But the second has a higher affinity to polyphenoloxidase.When pH is 7.0,polyphenoloxidase has the biggest activity.Cu 2 can increase its activity.Polyphenoloxidase of roots was analysed by PAGE,approximately seven bands were detected.
