摘    要:运用浸浴法,研究了低分子量壳聚糖(LMWC)对长江华溪蟹(Sinopotamon yangtsekiense)免疫功能的影响.实验设置五个浓度(0.5、1.0、2.0、4.0和8.0 mg/L),分别在第10天、20天和30天取血清进行血细胞记数、溶菌酶(LSZ)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、碱性磷酸酶(AKP)、酸性磷酸酶(ACP)和酚氧化酶(PO)活性的测定.结果显示,LMWC可提高华溪蟹LSZ、PO、SOD、AKP和ACP活性,其作用和效果具有浓度及时间效应,但是对血细胞密度无显著影响.LMWC在4 mg/L和8 mg/L浓度下作用30 d,可显著提高华溪蟹的免疫力,说明LMWC可作为非特异性免疫增强剂提高华溪蟹的免疫力.

Effects of Low Molecular Weight Chitosan on Immune Function of Sinopotamon yangtsekiense
Abstract:The effects of different concentrations of low molecular weight chitosan(LMWC) (0. 5 mg/L, 1.0 rag/L,2.0 rag/L,4. 0 mg/L and 8.0 mg/L) on the freshwater crab's non-specific immune function by soa-king was studied in this paper. The indicators were measured in the crab's blood including blood corpuscle density, lysozyme (LSZ) activity, superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity, alkalinity phosphatase (AKP) ac-tivity,acid phosphatase (ACP) activity and the phenol oxidase (PO) activity separately on the 10th day, 20th day and 30th day. The result showed that LMWC can enhance the activities of LSZ, SOD, AKP, ACP and PO in freshwater crab,but had no significant effect on the blood corpuscle density. LMWC of different doses and duration showed different immunity enzyme activity promoter action. Low molecular weight chi-tosan could significantly increase the freshwater crab's immunity,when treated by 4 mg/L and 8 mg/L of LMWC for 30 days. According to these results,it was concluded that LMWC could be used as non-specific immune enhancer of the freshwater crab.
