镉对大麦细胞分裂和染色体形态的影响

摘    要:研究了不同浓度氯化镉溶液对大麦根的生长、细胞分裂和染色体形态的毒害效应。实验所用氯化镉浓度为0.5,1,3,5,7,10,15和20ppm。结果表明,随着镉浓度的增加和处理时间的延长,根的生长速率和有丝分裂指数递减。不同浓度的镉都能引起染色体畸变,包括C-有丝分裂,染色体桥和粘连,染色体断片以及微核等。恢复培养后根长和有丝分裂指数均有不同程度的增加,染色体畸变率降低。镉对大麦生长的抑制和毒害效应取决于镉浓度和处理时间。

Abstract:The toxic effects of cadmium chloride on root growth, cell division and chromosomalmorphology of Hordeum vulgare were studied. concentrations of cadmium chloride were 0.5,1,3,5,7,10,15 and 20ppm. The rate of root growth and mitotic index decreased progressivelywith inereasing cadmium concentrations and treatment duration. Different concentrations ofcadmium caused chromosome aberrrations including c-mitosis,anaphase bridges,breaks,sticki-ness chromosomes and micronuclei.After resuming culture the roots grew and the chromosomeaberration decreased.
