| 摘 要： | 以汾河水域太原段水体为监测对象,共选取6个采样点,测试了各采样点的物理指标和化学指标,分离了99株好氧异养菌,用琼脂糖凝胶电泳法测出了质粒菌的比例.结果表明:质粒检出率与水体的污染程度密切相关,在清洁河段中,质粒检出率为5.97%,而在污染段质粒检出率达到25%.通过相关分析得出,质粒检出率与水体COD呈极显著相关,与水体总硬度呈显著正相关,与总氮呈显著负相关,与水体中铁离子和总磷的相关不显著.

| Abstract: | 99 areobic heterotrophic bacteria was isolated from the sediment from the six sampling sites in Taiyuan segment of Fenhe River and the emergence frequency of the plasmids in them was tested.Moreover,some physical and chemical indices of each sites were invesitigated.The results showed that the percentage of isolate containing plasmids was related to the pollution degree of the water body.There were significant differences between polluted and unpolluted sites(unpolluted sites,5.97 %,polluted sites,25 %).The percentage of isolates containing plasmids had higher significant positive correlation with total nitrogen and not significant correlation with iron and total phosphorus. |
