连翘花芽发育及三蕊型花芽结构观察

摘    要:利用石蜡切片法对连翘花芽在当年11月到次年开花前一段时间的发育进行了观察,同时发现了一种异常的三蕊型连翘花芽.结果表明:(1)次年3月气温回暖时,花粉囊开始发生变化,为连翘开花及雄蕊的成熟做准备,花的两种雌雄异位也发生在这一阶段;(2)在三蕊型花芽中,其中2枚对生雄蕊的花药大小和花丝长度基本一致,但与第3枚存在差异.

Abstract:The diferentiation and development of flower buds between November to next March and a new three-core-type structure in Forsythia suspensa were observed by paraffin method.The results were as follows:(1) when the temperature was rised in March,a series of changes were appeared in flower buds to prepare for bloom and maturity of stamens.The two types of herkogamy were appeared at this stage.(2) the major structural feature of three-core-type flower buds was that there were some differences between the third ...
