| 摘 要： | 流域水资源管理是制约我国社会经济与环境协调发展的重要因素之一.在总结国外流域水资源管理经验的基础上,对我国流域水资源管理现状和存在的问题进行分析,包括我国流域水环境管理存在法律法规不健全,管理机制不统一,缺乏信息共享机制和公众参与机制等.并提出建议,包括改革流域水资源管理机制,探索流域综合管理道路.
