摘    要:从酸奶样品中分离到2株丝状真菌N 3、N 9,根据其菌落形态和显微特征初步鉴定为担子菌.用氯化苄法提取了这2株担子菌和6株已知担子菌的DNA.为了鉴定N 3、N 9菌株的分类地位,利用RAPD技术对这8株担子菌进行了聚类分析,初步归类N 3、N 9菌株为侧耳属(P leurotus)的菌株.

Abstract:Two strains of filamentous fungi N3 and N9 isolated from one yoghurt sample were identified as basidiomycetes by colony morphological character and microscope observation.The cultivation character of the two basidiomycetes in solid and liquid media was observed.The benzyl chloride method was used to extract DNA from N3,N9 and other basidiomycetes.By RAPD typing,N3,N9 were classified to the genus Pleurotus.
