光合细菌对有机磷农药毒害大麦的缓解作用

摘    要:研究了不同浓度的光合细菌与3种有机磷农药(马拉硫磷、对硫磷、久效磷)复合作用对大麦毒性的影响.结果表明:102~106个细菌·mL-1的光合细菌对三种有机磷农药的毒害均有缓解作用,种子萌发率、根长、叶绿素含量和过氧化物酶(POD)活性都有不同程度的提高.但不同浓度的光合细菌作用效果不同,102个细菌·mL-1光合细菌可显著缓解有机磷农药对种子萌发率的抑制作用;104个细菌·mL-1光合细菌对有机磷农药毒害的根POD活性缓解作用强;而106个细菌·mL-1光合细菌则对有机磷农药毒害大麦的根长、叶绿素含量和叶POD活性的缓解效果最显著.同一浓度光合细菌对不同有机磷农药毒性的缓解作用存在差异.

Abstract:The combined effects of organophorus pesticide (parathion,monocrotophos and malathion) and the different concentrations of photosynthetic bacteria (PSB) on Hordeum vulgare were studied,respectively.The results showed that the different concentrations of PSB can alleviate the injury of organophorus pesticide on H.vulgare to various degree.102 mL(-1)PSB can obiously relieve organophorus pesticide restraint on the rate of seed germination;104 mL(-1)PSB is the best dose for improving the activity of POD in the root cells; 106 mL(-1)PSB can increase remarkablely the length of root, content of chlorophyll and activity of POD in the leaf cells. The relieving effects of PSB are different among three kinds of organophorus pesticide.
