| 摘 要： | 该文报道了胡颓子属2种植物的核型。其结果是:翅果油树2n=2x=28=16m(4SAT)+12sm,第一对染色体和第三对染色体具随体;牛奶子2n=2x=28=22m+6sm。其中翅果油树的核型为首次报道。本文还对这二个种的染色体进化问题作了初步讨论。

| Abstract: | This paper reports the karyotype of two species of Elaeagnus from Shanxi. The results are as follows: Elaeagnus mollis Diels with 2n=2x=28=16m(4SAT)+12sm. Chromosome 1 and chromosome 3 have a satellites in short arm; Elaeagnus umbellata Thunb, with 2n=2x=28=22m+6sm. The karyotype of E. mollis Diels is reported for the first time. Some problems concerning chromosome evolution of two species are also discussed. |
