WTO框架下北京现代农业的发展

在分析北京现代农业基本条件和特征的基础上，探讨加入WTO后对北京农业的自然的有利于与不利影响，北京现代农业应当坚持的发展策略包括采取“绿箱”政策，以开拓国际市场为目标，坚持科技创新、规模经营和调整结构相结合，加快京郊农业信息化和乡镇企业发展，并大力开发名优农产品。

Development of Modern Agriculture in Beijing under WTO Frame

There are many advantages in natural conditions for agriculture in Beijing.Agricultural economy in Beijing has been making a great progress since 1949,and the modern agriculture is being developed with many chances and challenges in 21st century.This paper deals with the common and important topics in modern agriculture in Beijing after joinning the WTO.Under the WTO Frames,the speed for modulating agricultural structure will be incresed,more agricultural products will be exported to other country,more capital and technology will be imported,and the management ability in agriculture will be devoloped.However,many challenges exist in several field:the measures for protecting agriculture will be strictly defined,the agricultural goods for exporting will be decreased temporarilly,and the living standards will be also affected.It's necessary to take some measures for the modern agriculture development.Firstly,according to the WTO treaty,the green box strategy can be used in agriculture.secondly,the agriculture direction should focus on the international market.finally,science,scale management,structure modulating,information technology and town\|own enterprises are incential factors in modern agriculture development in Beijing.
