高效液相色谱-荧光法测定地面水中痕量硒

摘    要:本文报导了用高效液相色谱-荧光检测测定地面水中痕量硒,确定了有关实验条件及样品分析结果。用2,3-二氨基萘作为荧光试剂、以ODS为固定相、环己烷-四氢呋喃为流动相,在本色谱分析条件下,硒衍生物的保留时间约为3min,检测限为10~(-10)g级,回收率及重现性均佳。测定了10个不同观测点的井水或河水中的硒,含量在0.3~0.7μg/L,首次提供了北京郊区若干地面水中的硒含量资料。

Abstract:This paper gives a report of the experimental condition of the determi-nation of trace selenium in ground water using high performance liquidchromatography with fluorimetric detection and the analytical results ofsamples. When 2, 3-diaminonaphthalena is used as fluorimetric extraction,ODS as stationary phase, cyclohexane-tetrahydrofurancas mobile phase, etc.,retention time of selenium derivative is nearly 3 minutes, detection limit isabout l0~(-10)g order, and all analytical results of water samples are satisfa-ctory.
