| 摘 要： | 通过北京地区实测气温、降水资料的统计和划级分类，找出冷暖年、干湿年和冷暖年与干湿年的时序分布规律和变化特点．并对未来２０～３０年的冷暖年与干湿年变化趋势，也进行了具体分析．上述研究结果，可为职能部门规划和预测提供科学依据．

| Abstract: | The distributional and rotational regularities of years in time series, charactered bycool/warm and droughty/moist, are established with statistical analysis and classificationof the data of temperature and precipitation in Beijing areas. A detaited discussion is further directed to the changing trend of years, whether cool/warm and dronghty/moist, forthe next two to three decades. The results of this study are hopefilly applied as scientificbasis for planning and forecasting of the authorities concerned. |
