摘    要:员工帮助计划(Employee Assistance Program,简称EAP)是组织提供的,旨在帮助员工解决可能影响其工作表现和职业心理健康的多种策略的整合.本文在文献研究的基础上,主要从员工帮助计划的概念、国内外的发展等方面归纳了当前研究的进展,结合中国特色与现状,初步构建了具有中国特色的企业员工帮助计划模式.

Abstract:Employee Assistance Programs(EAP) is organization funded resources offered to employees/workers and directed at personal,family and work-related problems that might interfere with worker performance and/or health.Based on the research review,this paper intends to categorize the current EAP research development in aspects of the concept,domestic and foreign development,and in the meanwhile preliminarily construct employee assistance program mode with Chinese characteristic.
