摘    要:本文建立一种基于顶空固相微萃取气质联用法(HS-SPME/GC-MS)分析红茶中挥发性组分,并结合模式识别方法实现了红茶的产地鉴别.采用HS-SPME法在100℃提取60 min,热解吸法直接进样气质联用仪(GC-MS)分析.根据挥发性组分的总离子流图,采用聚类分析、主成分分析和线性判别分析等模式识别技术实现了对不同产地红茶的判别.

Abstract:A method was developed for the discrimination of geographical origins of black tea samples using SPME/GC-MS and pattern recognition techniques.The volatile components of black tea were extracted at 100 ℃ for 60 min by headspace solid-phase microextraction(HS-SPME),and then analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).According to the GC profiling of volatile components,black tea samples from different geographical origins were successfully discriminated by three pattern recognition techniques(clustering analysis,principal component analysis and linear discriminant analysis).
