野鸭湖湿地芦苇生物量的时空动态分析

摘    要:本文以野鸭湖湿地优势植物芦苇(Phragmitesaustralis)为研究对象,选择三个环境条件明显不同的样地,通过实地采样和实验室测定,分析了芦苇地上和地下生物量的时间和空间变化.结果表明,不同样地之间芦苇的地上生物量和地下生物量均存在显著差异,各个样地的生物量在不同月份也存在一定的差异.此外,芦苇的地上生物量和地下生物量之间存在显著的正相关关系.进一步的分析表明,土壤含水量对植物的生物量有显著的影响,这两个变量之间呈非常显著的正相关关系.

Abstract:We selected a dominant plant species, Phragmitesaustralis, as the research object and three sampling plots with different environmental condition for investigationin Yeya Lake wetland during July to September in 2013. We analyzed the temporal and spatial variation of the aboveground and underground biomass of Phragmitesaustralis through field sampling and laboratory analysis. The results show that the aboveground biomass of Phragmitesaustralis is significantly different from its underground biomass in different plots, and the biomass in each location varied from July to September. In addition, the aboveground biomass of Phragmitesaustralis andits underground biomass isa significantly positive correlation. Further analyses indicate that the soil water content has a significant impact on plant biomass and the two variables take on a very significant positive correlativity.
