获得强荧光物质高灵敏度SERS方法的研究

摘    要:讨论了一系列提高SERS灵敏度的方法.通过选定合适的银胶体系做为SERS实验基底,采用添加氯化物的方式,使RhB的SERS信号得到很大增强.增强因子可达1013倍.对此方法在生物学上的应用前景作了分析.同时,讨论了银胶新生光吸收带的可调节性及用于进一步提供SERS灵敏度的可能性

Abstract:A series of posibile factors that could improve the sensitivity of Surface-enhanced Raman Scattering(SERS) were investigated.The SERS intensity of RhodamineB(RhB),a highly fluorescent dye,was powerfully enhanced by using proper silver colloid system and adding chlorion into.Its SERS enhancement factor can be 1013.The prospects of applying of the method for biology molecules,the liability and availability of new method also were discussed.
