摘    要:设计了一个分析化学开放综合实验。该实验利用超声提取技术,提取并检测了翻白草中熊果酸的含量,其中涉及有机化学、无机化学、分析化学、天然药物化学领域的知识与操作,有助于中、低年级学生对所学知识的融会贯通,提升学生的综合实验能力,达到素质教育的目的。

Abstract:An open and comprehensive experiment in analytical chemistry teaching is developed. The ultrasonic extraction is used for extraction and detection of ursolic acid in potentilla discolor. This expertment is involved in knowledge and operation of organic chemistry, inorganic chemistry, analytic chemistry and natural medicine chemistry. The experiment makes middle and low grades students fully acquire the learned-knowledge. It is helpful to develop students experimental comprehensive abilities and reach the goal of quality education.
