摘    要:课程建设与改革是提高本科教学质量与人才培养的的关键,CDIO是目前高等工程教育的一种新型教育模式,本文结合CDIO人才培养理念,针对微电子工艺课程的特点,从课程建设思想、教学内容与方法、创新能力培养,多方位构建教学与实践平台、多元化的过程考核方式等方面的具体改革措施,探索了微电子工艺课程建设和教学改革,且这些改革措施的应用已初见成效。

Abstract:Construction and innovation is the key of improving the undergraduate teaching quality and students' talent cultivation. CDIO is a new teaching model in current higher engineering education. Based on CDIO concept and analyzing the course characteristics of microelectronics process, some practical measures for the course reforms including course construction philosophy, teaching contents and methods, creative abilities training, multiple platforms of teaching and practice training, multiple process evaluations are proposed. These measures applied to the course reform and the results have shown their effectiveness.
