| Abstract: | In this paper,some strange phenomena occurring in the biochemical experiment protein precipitation reaction and salting-out which students can not explain are analyzed in detail.It provides not only a necessary groundwork for students to understand the speculative knowledge better,but also a valuable reference for teaching. |
