Study on the present conditions and construction of the experiment technological team in the biological teaching experimental center of Nankai University

The laboratory is the base for knowledge innovation and high -level talents training and the building of the experiment technological team is the guarantee of laboratory construction and laboratory teaching quality, thus we must build a high quality and steady experiment technological team to meet the demand of the current education cause. The paper attempts to probe into the problem of the experiment technological team from two aspects： the status quo of the Biological Teaching Experimental Center of Nankai University and the building of the experiment technological team.
