摘    要:设计一个用数字集成电路组成的TTL门电路逻辑功能模拟演示实验教具,该教具将门电路的逻辑功能通过LED显示"亮"与"暗"的方式;数码管显示"1"与"0"的方式;以及由振荡器、计数器组成的流水灯显示方式联用。即LED显示"亮"状态时,数码管显示"1"状态,计数器电路输出端有LED流水灯模拟电流流过;LED显示"暗"状态时,数码管显示"0"状态,计数器电路输出端没有LED流水灯模拟电流流过。该教具新颖独特、生动活泼、便于仿真、利于安装、效果很好。这种用常见的译码器、数码管、及NE555、CD4017组成的流水灯电路巧妙组合显示门电路功能的方法,对学生初学门电路原理时,有一个感性的认识,便于学生对理论知识的理解和掌握。

Abstract:The design of a TTL logic gate circuit simulating demonstrator composed with digital inte- grated circuits, could combine the utility of the following ways to demonstrate the logical function of TTL logic gate circuit -with displaying " bright" or " dark" approach by LED, displaying " 1" or " 0" approach by the nixie tube, and displaying simulated water flow like light composed by oscil- lator and counter. That is, when the gate output LED " light", the nixie tube display " 1", and the counter circuit outputs by having LED lights simulate the current flow like water. On the contrary, when the gate output LED " dark", the digital display " 0", and the counter circuit output nothing and have no LED light stimulating current like water flow. This demonstrator has the features like u- niqueness, animating, easy simulation, and easy to install. This teaching aid equipped with commonly used components like decoder, digital tube, oscillator and counter, is very innovative in demonstrating the function of TI'L logic gate circuit, and it will help the facilitate students understand and master the principle and the theoretical knowledge of TTL logic gate circuit.
