摘    要:电荷耦合器件是70年代初期发现的新型集成光电传感器件,它通过高度感光的半导体材料将接收到的光信号转换成电信号,再经过模数转换得到可被计算机识别的数字信号,从而对被测物体进行精确的测量和分析。自CCD诞生以来,它在非接触测量领域发挥了巨大的作用。基于对物体尺寸的测量,可以对物体进行简单测量。

Abstract:Charge coupled device is a new integrated optical and electronic device in 70's,which transforms the optical signal to electronic signal,and then turns the signal into data signal identified by analog-data transformation to measure and analyse the objectives accruately.It has played a great role in the areas of non-contacted measurement,which can measure the size of the objectives simply.
