制冷空调实验教学中心协同创新机制模式与实现

摘    要:协同创新对制冷空调领域创新人才培养、企业产品创新具有重要的意义。在总结协同创新相关理论的基础上,介绍了哈尔滨商业大学制冷空调实验教学中心在协同创新机制、模式方面的尝试与实现。该协同创新机制、模式在创新型人才培养和科技成果转化方面取得了良好的效果。协同创新的结果表明,依托制冷空调实验教学中心,可以有效地实现了中心、行业协会和企业的共赢。

Abstract:Collaborative innovation is very important to the foster of innovative talents and technologi- cal innovation of enterprise in refrigeration and air conditioning. This paper describes the implementa- tion, model and mechanism of collaborative innovation in refrigeration and air conditioning experimen- tal teaching center on the basis of the conclusion of collaborative innovation theory and mechanism. This mechanism and model are very important to the foster of innovative talents and technological inno- vation of enterprise in refrigeration and air conditioning.
