摘    要:过氧化氢(H2O2)的分解属于一级反应,该反应是化学动力学研究中较经典的实验内容。反应速率的测定及反应机制的确定是新药研究的基础,由于新药的稳定性及其药物在体内的吸收、分布、代谢等过程多涉及一级反应动力学,因此在药学类专业开设H2O2分解实验具有实际意义。采用静态法测定H2O2分解反应的速率常数和半衰期;考察催化剂浓度、搅拌条件等因素对反应速率常数的影响。结果显示催化剂浓度越大,反应速率常数越大;搅拌快慢及搅拌子大小对反应速率常数没有明显影响。H2O2分解反应作为物理化学创新性实验是可行的。

Abstract:The decomposition of hydrogen peroxide belongs to the first order reaction. It is one of the classical experiments on study of chemical kinetics. Determination of decomposition rate constant and reaction mechanism are the foundation of new drugs research. There is practical significance for pharmaceutics to open hydrogen peroxide decomposition experiment as the stability and adsorption, distribution and metabolism in vivo of new drugs are most involved in first order kinetics. Decomposition rate constant and half-life of H2O2 in aqueous solution under different conditions were determined using static method ; Results showed that the reaction rate constant is greater with the increase of the catalyst; however, the concentration of reactant, stirring speed and stirring child size had little effect on the reaction. It is feasible for decomposition reaction of hydrogen peroxide as innovative experiment in physical chemistry.
