摘    要:针对高校微生物理论教学内容不断更新,提出了综合的微生物实验课改革措施,如何与实际结合提高学习兴趣、鼓励学生参加准备实验、验证与设计性实验、课程设计相结合、合理安排实验顺序等方式以提高学生综合能力是该文主要探讨的。

Abstract:According to the updating content of microbiology teaching in colleges, the comprehensive measurement of reforming the experiment course of microbiology is put forward. In this paper, the reform and practice in laboratory course of microbiology are described to improve the student' s comprehensive ability, such as the combination of interest with learning, encouraging students to participate in preparations for an experiment, validation and design of experiments and reasonable arrangements for test sequences.
