摘    要:目的:根据直观性、循序渐进、科学性与思想性相统一等教学原则,针对气相色谱柱效测定实验中存在的实验成功率低、实验时间长和数据误差大等不足,进行改进.改进方法包括:改变实验过程中的载气流速顺序—由大变小操作;详细分解微量进样器的进样操作,使学生充分掌握进样操作及其科学性,使其从每一次小小实验中的成功得到鼓舞;另外利用Excel表格进行实验结果的数据处理,简化了计算过程,也缩短了学生完成实验报告的时间.结论:按照实验改进措施进行的实验,实验成功率大大提高,实验时间可缩短四分之一.文章的创新之处:将教学原则与实验教学改革相结合提高实验成功率,将计算机应用与教学相结合,提高了学生实验数据处理能力.

Abstract:Aim: The success rate of students is lower in the experiment of the Determination of gas chromatographic column efficiency, so experimental time is longer and experiment errors bigger. According to the teaching principles of immediacy, step by step, the unity of scientificity and thoughtfulness, and so on, there is an improved experiment. Measures: Changing the sequence of the carrier flow --from big to small in the experimental process; greatly detailed to subdivide the injection operation with microsyringe, so that students adequately grasp the injection operation and the scientificity; increase interest in the experiments, etc. Conclusion: The experimental improvement, greatly improve the success rate , experimental time can be shortened by 1/4. In addition, the use of Excel forms in the experimental results of data, simplifies the process of calculation, also shortens the time that students complete the experiment reports. Innovation: The combination of teaching principles and teaching reform in experiment improves the success rate of experiment, and the combination of computer and teaching, improve students ability in data processing.
