摘    要:介绍了产品进行振动试验的必要性,对定频正弦振动试验和扫频正弦振动试验分别进行了描述.重点介绍了正弦振动试验中的扫频试验,对扫频中的扫频速率、倍频程数、应力循环数、扫频时间的计算公式进行了推导,并通过一个具体的扫频算例,对相关振动参数的计算进行了说明.

Abstract:This paper introduces the necessity of vibration test and describes the fixed-frequency sinusoidal vibration test and swept sine vibration test. Mainly introduces the sweep sine vibration test, the formula of the sweep rate, the octave number, the number of stress cycles, the sweep time is derived, and through a specific example of the sweep, the calculation of the relevant parameters has been described.
