摘    要:该文作者设计了一个综合化学实验——用一种负载型FeCl3/粘土-SA01固体催化剂,催化苯与苄基氯的傅-克烷基化反应合成二苯甲烷。以XRD表征负载型催化剂,吸附吡啶的紫外光谱测定固体酸的表面酸强度,用吸附吡啶的红外光谱表征固体酸的表面酸性,气相色谱仪对产物进行分析,分离纯化产物,利用红外光谱及核磁共振分析产物的结构。使用氨水吸收副产物氯化氢使其转化为氯化铵。使用后的催化剂回收活化可重新使用。

Abstract:A comprehensive experiment is designed, the synthesis of diphenylmethane by the Friedel - Crafts alkylation reaction of catalyzing benzene and benzylehloride with a loading solid catalyst FeCl3/Clay-SA01. The loading catalyst is characterized by XRD. The strength of surface acidity of solid acid is tested with UV of pyridine absorption and characterized by IR of pyridine absorption. The product is analyzed by GC to separate and purify the product. IR and NMR are used to analyze the structure of product. HCl is absorbed by ammonia into ammonium chloride. The catalytic ability can be easily recovered by recycling and activating the used catalyst.
