| Abstract: | The incentive requirement and job satisfaction are researched among the present laboratory teaching staffs in our university.Furthermore,we come up with some suggestions in order to build a team of laboratory teaching staffs of high level,high quality and rational structure,and provide reference for colleges and universities at the same time. |
