基于CCD图像处理方法自动定焦仪的研究

摘    要:实验室测透镜焦距的传统方法是由测量人员在光具座上观测、记录、数据分析和计算结果,而用肉眼观察和判别往往容易产生差错。该文提出了一种基于CCD的数字图像处理方法自动测量透镜焦距的新设计——自动定焦仪,自动聚焦系统利用图像清晰度评价函数,由单片机控制马达转动镜头至对焦清楚的位置,实现数字化测量。

Abstract:The traditional method of measuring lens focal length in the laboratory is realized by observ- ing, recording, data analyzing and results calculating on optical benches. However, observation and identification by naked eye often come into being errors. In this paper, a new design based on CCD of a digital image processing method used for automatic measurement of lens focal length --automatic fo- cusing device is studied. The auto-focus system uses image clarity evaluation function and the motor rotating the lens to focus a clear position is controlled to realize digital measurement.
