摘    要:从实验教学内容的选取、实验方案的具体实施和教学内容的拓展等3个方面,对液相色谱-质谱联用仪的实验教学模式进行了探索。从分析学生"惧用仪器—敢用仪器—想用仪器"的科研心态变化,对教学效果进行了总结和分析。

Abstract:The detailed teaching process of liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry was explored from the three aspects, including the selection of experiment content, the specific implementation of experiment scheme, and the expansion and derivation of teaching content. The teaching effect was summarized and analyzed from the research mentality variation of the students: " afraid to use instru- ments-dare to use instruments-want to use instruments".
