| 摘 要： | 从高等职业教育的任务出发分析了实训教学在高职教育中的重要性.在此基础上分析了实训教学指导教师队伍实践技能不足的状况及不能充分满足实训教学需求的现实,提出应大力加强对实训教师的培训力度,要围绕新知识、新技术、新技能等方面做文章,在培训理论的同时,重点提升实践能力,可以采取在职进修及深入企业生产一线等形式.
