一种智能输液控制器的设计与实现

摘    要:介绍一种新型的输液控制装置。该装置利用红外光电传感器采集液体流速信息,通过单片机—AT89C51作为主控芯片计算,处理被采集到的数据和键盘输入的信息,控制步进电机对输液滴速进行反复调整,最终将调整后的结果显示在液晶显示1602上。同时能够实现输液过程中的人为强制报警和输液结束时自动报警的功能。该装置解决了在人工点滴输液方式中对输液速度测量和控制不便的问题,具有操作方便、响应速度快的特点。

Abstract:We introduce a new infusion control device. The device use infrared sensors to collect the liquid flow velocity information. A single chip microcomputer AT89C51 as the main control chip calcu-lates and handles the collected data , keyboard inputs information, control step motor infusion drip-ping speed and makes proper adjustment, eventually adjustes the result and displays that on the lcd1602. Moreover the device can realize the artificial forced alarm at infusion processes and it has au- tomatic alarm function at the end of the infusion. This device can solve the problem of infusion speed measurement and the inconvenience control in the way of artificial infusion. And the characteristics are easily operation and the fast response speed.
