高校实验室隐性知识管理刍议

隐性知识是具有十分重要价值的一种知识形态。实验室是隐性知识的产生地和集散地，是高校隐性知识最丰富、资源最多的部门。在高校实验室中开展隐性知识管理，是增强学校核心竞争力的重要举措。因此，弄清高校在隐性知识管理中存在的问题，明确其管理的要义，提出其管理的措施，具有十分重要的现实意义。

University laboratory of tacit knowledge management discussion

Tacit knowledge is a knowledge form which has a very important value. The laboratory is the distribution center and prodution place of tacit knowledge, at the same time, it is the department of tacit knowledge in universities which has most abundant knowledge and most resources. Management of tacit knowledge in the university laboratory is an important measure to enhance the core competitiveness. Therefore, to ascertain the problems of colleges and universities in the management of tacit knowledge, this paper defines the essence of their management and proposes management measures. That is very practically significant.
