摘    要:介绍了一种基于光电传感的机械传送带线速度测量方法,利用反射式光电传感器对皮带线速度实现非接触实时测量及单片机处理显示。该系统结构简单,稳定性好,测量精度高,能够满足皮带线速度测量要求。

Abstract:In this paper, we introduced a method of linear velocity measurement based on photoelectric sensing technology for mechanical conveyor belt. It can realize contactless and real-time measure- ment of the linear velocity of conveyor belt by use of the photoelectric sensor and can also display it after processing by MCU. The system has the advantage of simple structure, good stability, high accuracy and can satisfy the requirement of measuring the linear velocity of mechanical conveyor belt.
